Sayan offers a peaceful setting just 15 minutes from central Ubud, and is convenient for Green School. Shops, markets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby, making daily life easy. If you prefer another area, the architect also has plots in Singakerta and Penestanan (motorbike/walking access only).
