Sea View Beach Estate is the smaller of the two houses, a modern villa on the sand. Its infinity-edge pool runs right beside the beach and its palm trees. Natural wood and a monochrome palette carry from the rooms out to the terraces. The living spaces open straight onto the pool.
The three bedrooms each have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, and one bathroom has a bathtub lit by the sea. The fully equipped kitchen sits next to the living room, which has a smart TV and a speaker.
Outside, two private sitting areas face the pool and the beach. There are also two outdoor dining areas, one facing the sea and one facing the rice fields behind the house. Palm Living lists it for anything from a honeymoon to a small family retreat.

Sea View Pool Villa is the larger house, a modern pool house built for a group. Glass doors open onto a 20-metre infinity pool that seems to run into the sea. Beside it, a heated jacuzzi looks out over the Bali Sea.
All six bedrooms have a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a television and a wardrobe. Wooden doors and tall glass windows let the sea breeze into the bedrooms. The listing names the balcony and the terrace as the best spots to relax.
A garden grows through the centre of the living area, and Palm Living calls it the highlight of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an alfresco dining set facing the sea, a Sonos sound system and a kayak.

What the Staff Do at Both Villas
The two villas run the same way.
- Meals: a cook prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner to your wishes at no extra cost; you pay only for the ingredients
- Housekeeping: daily cleaning with fresh towels
- Garden and pool: a gardener and pool attendant keep both in order
- Guest relations: a helpdesk arranges tours, diving, snorkelling and hiking
- Your privacy: the staff work eight hours a day at times you choose, and none of them live on the property
- At night: a security guard covers the evening and night
- Longer stays: a week or more starts with a free lunch or dinner on arrival day and breakfast the next morning
- On request, at extra cost: airport transfers by regular or VIP car, massage, laundry, a babysitter and a baby cot

Choosing Between the Two
Group size decides most bookings. Up to six adults and two children fit the Beach Estate. Seven to twelve adults need the Pool Villa, which is listed for twelve.
The Beach Estate is the quieter house, with two sitting areas and a dining terrace over the rice fields. The Pool Villa is built for company, with a long pool, a jacuzzi and a garden living room. How to Fit It In
