Three Levels, Each with Its Own Use

You enter on the middle level, where the living areas and the upper pool are. The bedrooms are on the level below, and the master suite and the gym sit privately on the top floor.

The Lower Level: the Infinity Pool and Four Bedrooms

The infinity pool looks out over the garden and the sea. Behind it are four bedrooms, each with soft lighting, warm textures and a bathroom Palm Living calls spa-inspired.

The Middle Level: Living, Cooking and Dinners Outside

The second pool is the smaller, quieter one, with sunbeds and a shaded gazebo beside it. Inside, large windows light the open living room and its soft sofas.

The modern kitchen opens onto a large dining area. Outside, a pergola shelters a dining table for long dinners and barbecues.

The Top Floor: the Master Suite and the Gym

The master suite is a spacious bedroom with a bathroom the listing compares to a private spa. The gym on the same floor has wide views over the sea.

A Gym and a Paddle Court at Home

The listing calls the gym commercial grade, and it is fitted with:

  • a full rack and free weights
  • a SkiErg, a BikeErg and a RowErg
  • a treadmill

The private paddle court is yours for friendly matches in the sun. A petanque court and a children's playground, with swings and a trampoline, sit in the garden.

What the Staff Do, and When

Kitchen staff cook breakfast, lunch and dinner at no extra cost, and you pay only for the ingredients. Cleaning staff do the daily housekeeping, with fresh towels.

A gardener and pool attendant keeps the garden and both pools in order. The listing also names a host available around the clock.

The staff normally work eight hours a day, and you choose the hours. They enter the villa only with your permission, so the house stays private.

For anything else, the guest relations team is a message or a call away. It helps arrange transport, tours, massages and special requests.

The listing offers these at extra cost:

  • airport or hotel transfers, by regular car or VIP car
  • daily trips and massage
  • a baby cot, a babysitter and a highchair
  • a honeymoon or birthday package

You can also rent a scooter. A welcome drink and a cold towel wait on arrival.

The house also has a washing machine and a dryer, a water cooler and a safe box. There is also a smart TV, a sound system and free wifi.

Who Villa Sunset Suits

Large families come first in Palm Living's description. Five bedrooms, two pools and a playground give children and adults room to spread out.

Groups who like to stay active get the gym and the paddle court without booking anywhere. The pergola and the long dining table suit a celebration or a retreat, and a birthday package can be added at extra cost.

The house is in the hills, and where to stay in north Bali sets out what that means. You get views, cooler evenings and privacy, and you drive for most things, including the beach.
