Room to Work Remotely
High-speed internet runs through the whole property. Palm Living lists it as fast enough for streaming and for working remotely.
That makes the villa a quiet base for a working stay. Northbound's digital nomad guide to north Bali covers the rest of the practical side.
Umeanyar: A Quiet Village West of Lovina
Umeanyar is one of the tourism villages of Seririt district, covered in Northbound's Seririt guide. The listing calls it a quiet village with beautiful views.
The village's own beach is Puri Jati, a black-sand beach that the regency's tourism listing says dive centres know well. For a beach town with restaurants and places to stay, Lovina is the nearest.
The Staff Cook, Clean and Keep the Pool
A housekeeper cleans each day and changes the linen and towels. She also cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner as you wish, at no extra cost, and you pay only for the ingredients.
A gardener and pool attendant keeps the large garden and the pool in order, and a security guard covers the night. The staff do not live on the property. They work eight hours a day at hours you choose.
The listing offers these at extra cost:
- airport or hotel transfers, by regular car or VIP car
- daily trips
- laundry and massage
- a babysitter and a baby cot
- a honeymoon or birthday package
- VIP fast-track service at the airport
A highchair is available, you can rent a scooter, and a welcome drink waits on arrival.
